After contacting you several years ago when our 30 year old vinyl pool l was starting to fall apart, your guidance and professionalism during this difficult time was greatly appreciated. While we tried to hold off on the inevitable, replacing the entire pool, you and your staff never made us feel pressured and were always a great resource to extend the life of our dying pool for two additional seasons.
At the end of 2013, it was decided that an entire new pool and deck needed to be installed and our first call was to you. “The liner fit to perfection, and not a wrinkle in it!”
“Please let me start by saying that I am not accustomed to writing letters like this. We have had our pool for 27 years and have had several companies service our pool and replace our liners for various reasons. The level of professionalism has been lacking, even with established companies. We have always tried to be prepared and accommodating, show kindness to workers offering coffee, water and use of the rest room facilities. Perhaps small things, but we tried to show respect to people working. This has not always been reciprocated, and the quality of work was seldom “Top Notch”. I try to do most of the work, closing and opening because the cost of the replacement parts for the Polaris, skimmer, and plastic parts are difficult to find and time consuming. In short, most of the workmanship has been poor. We always checked prices, but were never concerned about the absolute lowest price. We pay our bills quickly and try to do our part on agreements, no matter how small or large.
We asked you to our home at the end of last season and you provided an evaluation rather than a quote. We talked about drainage, chlorinators, liners, lighting and maintenance. I attended to the drainage over the winter as you suggested and we chose APCO for the liner replacement, automatic chlorinator and installation.
All aspects of this work were done in an extremely professional manner. The workers and foremen were courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly. Additional vermiculite work was needed on the bottom. It was explained, fairly priced and the pool looks great. In truth, this is the best our pool has looked in 27 years we have lived here. Normally, I dread this type of work from beginning to end. My wife and I cannot thank you enough for your process and the final result. You know the pool business and also how to select employees.
I wish you all the best success and would provide any reference for this work.”

Your team: Rob, Kristin, Brian and all other were courteous and professional. They did a great job despite a few unforeseen obstacles; the pool looks great. I couldn’t be happier to leave liquid chlorine in the past now that I have an auto chlorinator. The pump is much quieter and back-washing is a breeze with the multivalve.
If I hear of anyone in need of a pool liner; I will definitely pass your name along.
